Do you require Extract Fan Testing to meet Building Control compliance?
We understand the requirements set out by Building Control with regards to mechanical extract fans and ventilation in new dwellings. We are able to attend site to suit you and undertake testing with our air-flow equipment and provide you with Part F Certification.
Regulation 42 of the Building Regulations 2010 requires builders to provide evidence of the testing of all fans to the Building Control Body (BCB) within 5 days of the test being carried out. The Domestic Ventilation Compliance Guide (DVCG) published in 2010 gives the approved procedures for measuring air flows and reporting the results for Systems 1 to 4 described in Approved Document F 2010.
Ecoflow Ventilation are BPEC accredited to undertake commissioning and measured air-flow rates of installed mechanical extract fans to meet compliance with Building Control. We understand all elements of construction and can provide the Certification required for Building Regulation compliance.
